Evidence table
What the research actually says
The longevity market sells certainty it has not earned. This table grades popular interventions by the strength of human evidence that they support a longer, healthier life, so you can spend your effort and money where the science is strongest and skip the rest with a clear conscience.
Strong - Robust, consistent human evidence.
Moderate - Good human evidence, not yet definitive.
Emerging - Promising but early or mixed in humans.
Weak / hype - Little or no human longevity benefit for most people.
